#Bills’ Leonard Floyd: ‘We should be talked about more on defense’

The Buffalo Bills beat up the Miami Dolphins offense in Week 4. It was the first time all year that happened to them.

The Dolphins (3-1) came into Sunday holding control of the AFC East. Their offense was touted as one of the NFL’s best.

The Bills (3-1) defense made them look otherwise in a 48-20 win.

“We were real fired up,” pass rusher Greg Rousseau said via video conference. “It’s easy when you’ve got a whole bunch of dogs out there ready to hunt.”

A hunt was on the agenda as Buffalo sacked Miami quarterback Tua Tagovailoa four times. Through the first three games of the year, Tagovailoa was only taken down for a sack one time.

It was a huge team effort to get to the quarterback and keep the Dolphins off the scoreboard a bit a week after they put up 70 points.

“They put up 70 last week; 20’s a big difference,” defensive tackle Ed Oliver said. “Something we were doing was right.”

Rousseau led the line with two sacks. Oliver and DaQuan Jones had one each.

Leonard Floyd added two quarterback hits–Plus the quote of the day. He’s calling upon the NFL to start recognizing the Bills defensively.

“We should be talked about more on defense,” Floyd said.
