The team announced that Benford is dealing with a shoulder injury. He’s going to have an x-ray done on the injury.
Benford went down in the second quarter. Upon departing, Dane Jackson entered the game in place of Benford.
Former first-round pick Kaiir Elam remains inactive and will not play.
