Four-star defensive lineman TJ Lindsey has set a commitment date of Saturday, Aug. 12.
The Florida native plans to announce a decision among Alabama, Texas, Miami, Texas A&M and Auburn. According to 247Sports crystal ball predictions, Auburn leads in his recruitment.
Lindsey is the No. 34 defensive lineman in the country and the No. 46 overall recruit in Florida, according to 247Sports composite. He took an official visit to Texas on June 23.
The Longhorns are also awaiting the announcement from five-star edge Colin Simmons, who has a commitment date scheduled for Aug. 10.
