The Boston Celtics signed Jaylen Brown to a $304 million supermax contract extension that will runs through the 2028-29 season and makes him the highest-paid player in NBA history — for the moment.

The All-NBA forward is focused on his personal success and driven to make his teammates successful with him, Off the court, he is committed to uplifting the community around him in his fight against systemic racism.

Brown made this clear from the rip in his press conference, during which the Georgia native signed the deal in front of his MIT Bridge STEAM program for local Black and brown youth after being introduced by Olympian and civil rights icon John Carlos.
