The Nebraska men’s basketball team is making final preparations as they prepare to head to Europe at the end of the month. The Huskers are headed to Spain from July 28 to August 7.
The team will be traveling to Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona. The Cornhuskers will play a game in each city against teams of various levels.
According to the Nebraska athletic department, NCAA programs can take a foreign trip once every four years. Nebraska’s last offseason trip was to Italy in the summer of 2019.
Last season saw the Husker finish with a record of 16-16 overall and 9-11 in the conference. Nebraska will tip off on October 29 against Doane.
