Depth Chart Overview
Kelly appeared in all 12 games last season but in a limited role and only had three receptions. He is ready to push for an increased role but it is hard to tell if he will be able to get one with all of the newcomers. He is likely the fourth option at the wide receiver z spot but he has the potential to move up the depth chart and become a rotational player.
Kelly also got plenty of experience on special teams last year and that could once again be a way for him to contribute.
