Jordan Walsh, the Boston Celtics No. 38 pick of the 2023 NBA draft, won the biggest game of the NBA’s 2023 Las Vegas Summer League with a dramatic dunk to help the Celtics beat the Lakers, 95-90, on Wednesday night.
Overcoming a rough shooting start, the former Arkansas Razorbacks player finished 10-of-20 from the floor overall, 2-of-7 from 3 and a pedestrian 3-of-6 from the line on his way to a game-high 25 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal. Walsh committed two turnovers in 31 minutes, picking up as many fouls over that stretch and finishing the night a plus-3.
