The University of Texas announced the kickoff time for one of the top nonconference matchups of the 2023 college football season on Tuesday.
Texas will travel to Tuscaloosa to face Alabama in Week 2. The game will be televised on ESPN with the kickoff time set for 6 p.m. CT.
The two teams kicked off at 11 a.m. CT in Austin last year in front of a rowdy atmosphere. One can only imagine how wild the environment will be in Tuscaloosa under the lights with these two fan bases.
The Longhorns are looking for revenge after suffering a last minute 20-19 loss to the Crimson Tide in 2022. After an impressive first quarter performance, quarterback Quinn Ewers left the game with a shoulder injury.
