Former UNC basketball forward Puff Johnson is taking steps to find his new home this spring. After it was reported that Johnson would take a visit to Butler this past week, he now has his second visit scheduled.
Per Jon Rothstein, Johnson is set to visit Penn State.
It’s a visit that makes a lot of sense for the forward. He’s a Pennsylvania native and getting close to home could be a big draw. Penn State showed some interest in Johnson in his original recruitment but never offered. Now, they have the chance to add a forward to their roster, which was one of the best in the Big Ten a year ago.
North Carolina transfer Puff Johnson will visit Penn State, per his father.
