Senior guard Endyia Rogers has announced she has withdrawn her name from the WNBA draft and will return to college basketball to use up her one remaining year of eligibility.
But she didn’t say whether she would be returning to Oregon or not.
According to James Crepea of the Oregonian, Rogers spent some home in Dallas where the Final Four occurred and she was able to hang out with LSU’s Angel Reese.
Oregon could use Rogers for another season, especially with the news of Te-Hina Paopao entering the transfer portal. With Paopao gone, the Ducks return just a few players from last year’s squad which includes Chance Gray, Phillipina Kyei and Grace VanSlooten.
Rogers had an outstanding season for the Ducks as she averaged 16 points and four assists per game. With a stellar recruiting class coming in, having a veteran like Rogers still in the fold would help out with the younger players’ development.
