The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have re-signed some crucial free agents over the last few days, but their work is far from done.
The team still has quite a few more free agents, some of whom got considerable playing time in 2022 — safety Mike Edwards, cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting and defensive tackle Akiem Hicks, to name a few, were noted contributors for the team. Tampa Bay can’t bring everyone back, however, so it remains to be seen if general manager Jason Licht has a few players in particular he’d like to ensure stay Buccaneers in the coming weeks.
