The 2023 NFL free agency window is finally set to open… sort of.
The mess that is free agency in the league is mostly misleading. Over the past two days, NFL teams and free agents went through a “tampering period.” Deals have yet to be officially signed, but they’re agreed upon.
Even so, there are still numerous free agents on the market that have yet to agree or sign contracts (which can legally be done at 4 p.m. on Wednesday).
With that, here are the best free agents still available for the Bills to sign on Day 3 of free agency:
