The Bills still select No. 27 overall in the first round, and their next two selections in Round 2 and 3 remain at 59 and 91, respectively. While Buffalo was not awarded any compensatory selections for the 2023 draft, with those finally being handed out, teams in the league now know where all their picks slot in.
