The Vols lose its second consecutive conference game at Texas A&M.

No. 25 Texas A&M (21-7, 13-2 SEC) defeated No. 13 Tennessee (20-8, 9-6), 68-63, Tuesday at Reed Arena in College Station, Texas.

The loss is Tennessee’s second consecutive.

The game was tied, 31-31, at halftime.

Santiago Vescovi and Zakai Zeigler each totaled 14 points for Tennessee. Vescovi finished the contest with 10 rebounds and seven assists.

Olivier Nkamhoua recorded 13 points and four rebounds, while Tobe Awaka had 10 points and seven rebounds for the Vols. Tennessee was without Josiah-Jordan James and Julian Phillips due to injuries.

Walter Taylor IV led the Aggies with 25 points, while Julius Marble totaled 21 points and nine rebounds.

Tennessee next will host South Carolina Saturday at Thompson-Boling Arena (6 p.m. EST, SEC Network).
