The Alabama men’s basketball team traveled up to Nashville on Tuesday night to take on the Vanderbilt Commodores and was able to escape Memorial Gymnasium with a 78-66 victory.
With the win, coach Nate Oats and the Crimson Tide are now 16-2 on the season and 6-0 in SEC play.
Freshman sensation Brandon Miller led the attack on the Commodores finishing with 30 points and 10 rebounds. Miller has now scored at least 30 points in back-to-back games.
Alabama would lead by as many as 23 in the second half but the Dores would simply not go away and would force the Tide to convert some clutch free throws down the stretch to pull out the win.
Here is a complete breakdown of Alabama’s stat leaders following the Tide’s road win.
