Back in December 2021, four-star cornerback Justyn Rhett committed to Notre Dame, choosing the Fighting Irish over Georgia, Michigan, Texas A&M and Florida State.
In April of this year, Rhett attended the UGA spring game. He decommitted from Notre Dame the same day. Nine days later he announced his commitment to Georgia.
On Wednesday, the first day of the early signing period, Rhett signed his national letter of intent to play for the University of Georgia.
Rhett ranks as the nation’s No. 270 overall player and No. 30 ranked cornerback. He hails from Las Vegas, Nevada.
