The Indianapolis Colts (4-7-1) and Dallas Cowboys (8-3) released their lists of inactive players for the Week 13 matchup at AT&T Stadium on Sunday night.
The Colts ruled out two players—both starters—on the final injury report and had two more players listed as questionable. The Cowboys had five players listed as questionable but all five were expected to play.

- DE Khalid Kareem is a healthy scratch for the second week in a row after being signed from the Bengals practice squad.
