Ja Morant banked an unbelievable half-court shot at buzzer as Grizzlies took lead on Pelicans

Ja!

Is there anything Memphis Grizzlies superstar Ja Morant can’t do?

During Tuesday night’s away tilt against the New Orleans Pelicans, Morant closed the game’s first quarter in style. Right before the buzzer, the Grizzlies phenom fired off a rocket from just beyond the half-court line to the hoop, and the ball fell right in for three and a Memphis lead after the teams were tied at 32.

This was just one of those moments where, as an opponent, you just realize there’s nothing you can do, and Ja is just going to Ja. All you can do is just laugh and appreciate the superstardom at work.

Morant knew when the shot fell that it was a cool moment, but for how his season is going, it’s just another day at the office.

With Desmond Bane set to miss a couple of weeks, it’ll be important for the Grizzlies to get more Morant moments like this to remain one of the main threats in the Western Conference.
