Texas is still in the running for three-star offensive lineman Vysen Lang.
Lang announced the top four schools left in his recruitment on Tuesday. Texas, Tennessee, LSU and Auburn made the short list. Lang has taken numerous unofficial visits over the course of the year, including one to Austin in March, but the only official visit he took was to Tennessee in September.
The Alabama native is rated the No. 58 offensive tackle in the country for the 2023 recruiting class and the No. 30 overall prospect in the state, according to 247Sports.
His 6-foot-4.5, 335-pound frame has caught the attention of dozens of Power Five programs across the country. However, both 247Sports and On3 Sports currently list Tennessee as the overwhelming favorite to land Lang.
