Indianapolis Colts linebacker Shaquille Leonard, defensive end Kwity Paye, linebacker JoJo Domann and wide receiver Keke Coutee were ruled out Friday ahead of the Week 7 matchup against the Tennessee Titans.
Leonard seemed to make progress back from his concussion and broken nose to the point where he was a full participant in practice on Thursday. Still, it seems he’s not ready to go and will be eyeing a Week 8 return.
He is technically cleared from the league’s protocol, but the team is opting to keep him out.
Frank Reich rules out 4 #Colts for Sunday:
DE-Kwity Paye (ankle)
LB-Shaquille Leonard (nose, back)
WR-Keke Coutee (concussion)
LB-JoJo Domann (abdomen)Leonard has cleared concussion protocol but the lack of activity for him lately is why he's ruled out.

Paye has been dealing with an ankle injury he suffered during the Thursday night game against the Denver Broncos in Week 5 and hasn’t practiced since. Expect Tyquan Lewis to get another start in Paye’s absence.
Coutee entered the league’s concussion protocol after suffering the injury on a punt return during the second quarter of the 34-27 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 7.
Coutee was able to practice this week, sporting a red non-contact jersey during Friday’s practice. This shows he’s making progress but not enough to be cleared under the new protocols.
Domann popped up on the injury report Thursday with an abdomen injury.
