#Bills’ Stefon Diggs, Von Miller take charge vs. #Ravens: ‘We never felt like we was out of it’

The Buffalo Bills rallied for a comeback win against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4.

The Bills (3-1) trailed 20-3 at one point against the Ravens (2-2). The final score ended up being 23-20 in favor of Buffalo.

The Bills don’t pull that off without the help of veteran leadership on both sides of the ball.

Receiver Stefon Diggs produced another good outing. Considering the weather, a game-high 62 yards on four catches is impressive.

Postgame, Diggs said the Buffalo offense could’ve finished the game off before it even started. The Bills’ leaders didn’t worry about that, though.

“We gave them 14 points with two turnovers. We can’t have that,” Diggs said via vide conference. “But that’s part of football. Things are going to happen, adversity is going to hit. We anticipated it being that kind of game.”

“It’s all about how you battle,” Diggs added.

On defense the leader is clear. It’s Von Miller in Buffalo. The pass rusher often leans on his experiences and he reflected on a past season with his former team, the Denver Broncos, to help him on Sunday.

Miller noted how most people forget about the close games when a team wins a Super Bowl like he did.

Miller mentioned there were multiple wins his Super Bowl team had in 2015 which were close ones… and he never thought that was a bad thing.

“That’s just how it is,” Miller said. “Even though it was 20-3, we never felt like we was out of it. The energy on the sideline was never negative.”
