Detroit Pistons rookie Jaden Ivey was among the NBA players that participated in a recent private run hosted by Rico Hines on the campus of UCLA.
Ivey was seen playing in the pick-up game along with Pistons teammate Marvin Bagley III and Toronto Raptors players Malachi Flynn and Dalano Banton. Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry and Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young played in other games.
Hines, who is the player development coach of the Raptors, hosts the games each summer. They often feature some of the top players in the league and present some exciting highlights of the guys getting some work in on the court.

After dealing with a minor ankle injury in summer league, Ivey looks fully healthy and ready for the start of training camp next month. He has trained quite a bit in the Los Angeles area and even hit the gym recently with Russell Westbrook.
Ivey enters the 2022-23 season with high expectations as the fifth pick. He is projected to have a large role with the Pistons, who many believe will take the next step in their rebuild. He was even ranked as the 25th-best shooting guard heading into the season.
The Pistons begin their preseason schedule on Oct. 4.
