Michigan State basketball trending for 4-star SG Gehrig Normand

Michigan State basketball is trending for a 4-star shooting guard in the 2023 recruiting class

Michigan State basketball received a 247Sports crystal ball prediction for Gehrig Normand, a four-star shooting guard from North Richland Hills, Texas.

Normand is fresh off an official visit to East Lansing, and all signs point to the visit going extremely well for Michigan State.

Normand is a four-star prospect who is No. 89 nationally, according to the 247Sports composite. He has gained significant traction around the Spartan fan base on Twitter due to his eerily similar playing style to former Michigan State wing Matt McQuaid.

This would be a key role player for Tom Izzo to land to pair with Jeremy Fears and Xavier Booker as he continues to build his 2023 recruiting class.
