Mack Brown and the UNC football program are starting to do their homework on future recruits including prospects in the 2024 class.
One of the latest offers out for the Tar Heels is to 2024 defensive lineman De’Andre Cook and they are just one of the teams who are showing interest in him. Cook only has a handful of offers right now but Rutgers and Michigan State are among teams that have offered and are showing significant interest.
The 6-foot-3, 260-pound defensive lineman hails out of Washington D.C. and plays at Friendship Collegiate Academy. Boston College, Delaware State, Vanderbilt and Charlotte have also offered him so far in his recruitment.

We will keep an eye on UNC’s involvement in this recruitment and other prospects that land offers from Brown and the staff.
