#Eagles draft Georgia LB Nakobe Dean in the 3d round.

In a move that should make Eagles fans scream at the top of their lungs, Nakobe Dean is off the board, as Philadelphia drafted former Georgia All American linebacker in round three a pick No. 83.
A Consensus All-American and leader of a Georgia defense that had five players drafted in round one, Dean is recovering from a “severe pec injury,” per NFL Media, and reportedly opted against surgery to repair the issue.
It’s unknown whether that issue caused Dean to slide, but it can’t be denied that the 5-11, 229-pound linebacker is a sideline to sideline player, the most intelligent player on the field, and a player that flourishes at rushing the passer from his linebacker position.
Philadelphia now has Dean, TJ Edwards, Kyzir White, and Haason Reddick at the linebacker position.
