Texas is hosting their annual Orange-White spring game right now.
Many have attended the free event at Darrell K Royal Texas-Memorial Stadium to see a few of the popular storylines surrounding the team, none bigger than the quarterback battle between Hudson Card and Quinn Ewers.
While Card bested Ewers in warmups and had a solid first drive of the scrimmage himself, Ewers stepped up and took charge on his first drive with an accurate deep pass to new wide receiver Isaiah Neyor.
It got the crowd fired up and was the first big play of the game.

This quarterback competition will certainly trickle through fall camp, but it’s a positive sign that both signal-callers have had bright moments.
Neyor looks to solidify the No. 2 role behind Xavier Worthy this season, and through spring ball he has continued to prove his worth and impress the coaching staff.
