One of the top recruits in the 2024 class was on campus on Thursday visiting Michigan State.
Five-star safety prospect Peyton Woodyard posted a picture on Twitter with Michigan State head coach Mel Tucker on Thursday, indicating he was visiting with the football program. Him and his family are pictured with Tucker.

Woodyard is ranked as the No. 3 safety and No. 31 overall recruit in 247Sports’ rankings for the 2024 class.
He holds scholarship offers from 30 different schools, including Michigan State. The Spartans extended him an offer in late January.
