When Moses Moody was drafted by the Golden State Warriors, the selection meant the former Arkansas standout would have the opportunity to learn from the likes of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green among others.
His former head coach, Eric Musselman, is certainly OK with that.
On Thursday, the No. 4 seed Razorbacks upset top-seeded Gonzaga in the Sweet 16 at the Chase Center in San Francisco. With the city hosting the West Regional, it meant Curry could witness the action in person, which is exactly what he did.
Of course, Curry was ruled out for at least two weeks on March 18 after suffering a left foot injury. He did not join the Warriors on their current five-game East Coast road trip and had the opportunity to watch the two teams play in the NCAA Tournament.
Curry also had the chance to catch up with Musselman prior to the game.
Musselman posted a photo of the two on Twitter, and expressed how thankful he is that Moody has had the opportunity to play with Curry this season. They two surely discussed a variety of topics with Moody likely a focal point.
So happy @mosesmoody gets to learn from a veteran like @StephenCurry30. Great catching up with Steph pre-game. pic.twitter.com/7E0CLxZEEX

Musselman likely heard only good things from Curry regarding Moody.
Moody, the 14th pick last year, has impressed this season with the Warriors. He recently turned in his best stretch of the season prior to suffering a shoulder injury, recording a career-high 30 points on March 7. He recently earned some praise from head coach Steve Kerr, too.
He makes the right play constantly. He recognizes situations, and, for a young guy to do that, that is a great sign because he will only get better with all of that as he plays more and more NBA games and sees the patterns that are coming his way.
Entering the season, Moody relished the opportunity to play with the Warriors. He watched the Warriors during their deep playoff runs and called it special to be part of the team with those legendary players that he followed so closely.
The team has welcomed him, along with fellow rookie Jonathan Kuminga, with open arms. It is clear they have a close-knit group in the Bay and Musselman is certainly glad Moody is now part of it.
