Cole Beasley out, Jamison Crowder in.

It’s hard to look at it any other way than that.

According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Buffalo Bills have signed Crowder to a one-year deal on Monday. His deal is reportedly worth up to $4 million.

Crowder, 28, is a known commodity to Buffalo. He spent the first four years of his career with the Washington Commanders after he was picked by the team in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL draft.

Since 2019, Crowder had suited up for the New York Jets.

Not only that, he owned the Bills when facing them, even when the Jets were at their worst.

In his most-recent outing against Buffalo while with New York, Crowder left the game due to injury. Combined, the others four saw him put up 32 catches for 300 yards with two touchdowns.

In his seven-year career, Crowder has put up 409 yards for 4,607 yards and 28 touchdowns.

Last week during his post-free agency press conference. Buffalo general manager Brandon Beane mentioned that Isaiah McKenzie would be in the running for the slot wide receiver role.

He still might be, but Crowder certainly has the larger track record working out of the slot in his career–And regardless, the Bills have the makings of a dynamic offense with both players in the fold and Josh Allen under center.
