It’s honestly difficult to imagine anyone being able to hold a grudge for longer than Kevin Garnett. He’s just relentless.
Garnett and Paul Pierce had a hard falling out with former Celtics teammate Ray Allen after he left Boston to join the Miami Heat for the 2012-13 season. Allen was at the end of his career and wanted the best chance at winning another title. So, he teamed up with LeBron James, Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade to win a championship in 2013.
While Pierce and Allen somewhat squashed their beef, Garnett and Allen haven’t spoken since 2012. And during Sunday’s celebration of the NBA’s 75th Anniversary team, Allen and Garnett were in the same building.
You better believe it got awkward.
