The Uncharted movie gets one last trailer

A thief’s origin.

There’s not much time left until Uncharted  hits theaters, and Sony Pictures wants everyone to know it.

In what is probably Uncharted’s  final trailer, we get a clearer look at what the story entails. Much like Paramount’s Halo TV seriesUncharted isn’t following any of the plotlines from the games. Instead, it’s a prequel explaining how Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) came to be the dashing rogue we all know and love. Loads of  bad video game adaptations  deviate from the source material, so hopefully, this one isn’t following suit.

Check out the last Uncharted  trailer for yourself below, or head over to YouTube for a high-quality mirror  here.

Filming Uncharted  was brutal  for Tom Holland, evident by all those  giant blue cubes  beating the actor up. Though if nothing else, moviegoers are probably in for loads of quality stuns and set pieces. It’s fitting since Uncharted  has always cribbed from classic films like Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Coinciding with this trailer is the release of the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves  collection  on PS5, which brings together Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End  and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy  into  one beautiful package. Anyone with  PS4 files data can transfer  their data to PS5 too.

Uncharted is coming out on Feb. 18 exclusively in theaters.
