The Oregon Ducks women’s basketball team announced on Thursday night that the upcoming game against the UCLA Bruins, which was scheduled to be played on Friday night at Matthew Knight Arena, has been postponed.
The press release from Oregon did not specify a reason for the postponement, but just said that “additional information will be announced at a later date.”
Friday’s game against UCLA was going to be the second of a three-game stretch in 5 days for the Ducks, who are still scheduled to play the USC Trojans at noon on Sunday in MKA. The Ducks are currently on a five-game winning streak that featured upset victories over both No. 7 Arizona and No. 11 UCONN a week ago.
Assuming that everything stays on course, we can expect to see Kelly Graves and his squad back on the course on Sunday afternoon as they continue their run towards March.
