The Longhorns are now targeting one of the top athletes in the 2024 recruiting class.
Four-star athlete KingJoseph Edwards announced via Twitter on Monday that he has received an offer from the University of Texas. The 6-foot-4, 233-pound playmaker is rated the No. 15 overall prospect in the state of Georgia for the 2024 cycle, according to 247Sports.
He’s received a wave of offers over the last few months from Power Five programs including Arkansas, Florida State, Texas A&M and Tennessee.
Edwards is currently listed as a versatile athlete by 247Sports and Rivals, but On3 believes he will project as an EDGE at the collegiate level.
