Rams-Cardinals inactives: Van Jefferson, James Conner active

The Cardinals will have both James Conner and Chase Edmonds, while Van Jefferson is also active for the Rams – as is Eric Weddle.

The Los Angeles Rams are attempting to reach the divisional round for the second year in a row. They host the Arizona Cardinals tonight for a wild-card matchup, the final game of the opening round of the playoffs.

The Cardinals will be at almost full strength, welcoming back J.J. Watt to the lineup. They’ll also have James Conner, Chase Edmonds, Justin Pugh and Marco Wilson, who were all listed as questionable coming into this game.

The Rams aren’t as healthy, missing their two starting safeties, Taylor Rapp and Jordan Fuller. However, Van Jefferson is active after being questionable to play with a shoulder injury. Below is the full list of inactive players for the Rams. Buddy Howell and Rapp are the only ones who aren’t healthy scratches.

Bryce Perkins, Taylor Rapp, Buddy Howell, Chris Garrett, Terrell Lewis, Alaric Jackson, Tremayne Anchrum Jr.

Eric Weddle and Blake Countess, who were both called up from the practice squad today, are also active for the Rams.

The most notable inactive player for the Cardinals is Jordan Phillips, who was questionable coming in. That’s a bit of a surprise considering he was a full participant on Saturday.

WR Andy Isabella, QB Trace McSorley, RB Jonathan Ward, LB Victor Dimukeje, OL Joshua Miles, DL Zach Kerr, DL Jordan Phillips.
