Tennessee Titans director of player personnel, Monti Ossenfort, has completed a general manager interview with the Chicago Bears, the team announced on Saturday.
Ossenfort has been a busy man recently. He also interviewed with the New York Giants for their general manager vacancy, and he’ll interview for the Minnesota Vikings’ job on Sunday, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.
Ossenfort hasn’t been the only Titans executive receiving interest from teams, as vice president of player personnel, Ryan Cowden, also received an interview with the Giants for their general manager role.
Before joining the Titans in 2020 in his current role, Ossenfort spent a little over a decade and a half with the New England Patriots, working his way up from a personal assistant to the director of college scouting.
Both Ossenfort and Cowden had general manager interviews last year. We’ll see if either gets plucked from Tennessee’s front office in the days and weeks ahead.
