The Philadelphia 76ers were able to pull off a nice bounce-back win over the Boston Celtics on Friday, but it did not come without another injury to one of their key players.
Matisse Thybulle, who had himself another impressive game in terms of his defensive effort, suffered right shoulder soreness in Friday’s win. He took a hard fall after taking a flagrant-1 foul by Celtics guard Dennis Schroder in the second half.
He did stay in the game and knock down a triple, but he eventually was taken out of the game and he did not return. Thybulle’s absence will be felt against Heat star Jimmy Butler.
Along with Thybulle, the Sixers will still be without Danny Green and Shake Milton as well.

The Sixers dropped their first matchup with the Heat earlier in the season so they will be looking to even the season series in a critical matchup in terms of the Eastern Conference standings.
