This game is more of a 2022 preseason game for Penn State with opt-outs and a defensive coaching change. Arkansas is 14-7-1 ATS over its last 22 games, but with the line rising on that play, the RAZORBACKS (-170) tag here makes that the best side.
The Lions sport a solid defense but the figure of 16.8 points allowed per game allowed oversells it a bit. PSU is gettable on the ground, and it lacks the playmaking ability to hunt down the football and flip the field.
