The surprise conference in college basketball to this point has to be the Big 12. With just three teams in the AP Preseason Top-25, five members now occupy the rankings, with multiple others receiving votes. Baylor is showing why they are the reigning champs while Kansas is as steady as they projected to be. Still, no one could have seen Iowa State and Texas Tech being this good.
