Former Alabama wide receiver DeVonta Smith has not had too difficult of a time adjusting to the NFL. While he was often talked about for his smaller stature heading into the draft, the Heisman-winner has not let that slow him down.
He’s been a physical receiver and even had a few opportunities to make some impressive catches, one of which came last night when the Philadelphia Eagles took on the Washington Football Team.
Former Alabama an Oklahoma star quarterback Jalen Hurts escaped the pocket and delivered a pass to Smith at the sideline.
Smith reeled the ball in, but the official ruled it incomplete, claiming smith did not get both feet in bounds.
However, after further review, Smith did have two feet in bounds, and managed to do so while moving forward and falling. His body was nearly parallel to the ground by the time both of his feet touched the turf.
OH MY GOODNESS, @DeVontaSmith_6
