Sixers guard Shake Milton reacts to being put in the health protocols

Philadelphia 76ers guard Shake Milton reacts to having to enter the league’s health protocols.

The Philadelphia 76ers were supposed to play a game on Sunday back at home against the New Orleans Pelicans. Instead, the NBA had the game postponed as the Sixers did not have enough players to play the game.

The Sixers got some tough news on Sunday morning when they found out that Shake Milton and Andre Drummond would be entering the league’s health and safety protocols. The two of them joined Georges Niang who was already in the protocols while Furkan Korkmaz has been out due to a non-COVID illness.

Milton took to Instagram to express how down he was feeling. He posted a picture of a man who looked upset with the caption “real life” on his Instagram story.

While Milton will not be available on Monday as the Sixers get set to take on the Boston Celtics, there is optimism that Philadelphia can resume play in that one. There is hope that guys like Joel Embiid, Dany Green, and Tyrese Maxey can all play in that one. They were questionable to play on Sunday against the Pelicans.
