Michigan State football has been doing their due diligence of late to add some PWO commitments to their 2022 class, mainly focusing on talented local players from Michigan who may have gone overlooked. The latest target? Lansing Catholic wide receive Alex Watters, who announced on Monday that he has received a PWO offer from MSU offensive coordinator Jay Johnson.
Watters is an explosive slot receiver who was a star at the high school level and could have good upside on special teams or out of the slot for the Spartans.
I am extremely blessed to receive a PWO to play at Michigan State University! Thank you for the opportunity! @JayJohnsonFB @TheD_Zone pic.twitter.com/79T06OpoFq
