WATCH: Washington TE Logan Thomas with an outstanding touchdown catch

Logan Thomas makes a one-handed touchdown grab to give #WashingtonFootball an early 7-0 lead.

Logan Thomas is officially back. The Washington tight end returned in the Week 12 win over the Seahawks and had a touchdown overturned when officials Thomas didn’t catch the ball cleanly.

Thomas had another opportunity early in Sunday’s Week 13 game at Las Vegas, and this time, he left no doubt that it was a touchdown.

Washington quarterback Taylor Heinicke spotted a wide-open Thomas in the back of the end zone and lobbed the ball to his tight end, but the throw was high. No worries for the 6-foot-6 Thomas who used his right hand to bring the ball down and secure the touchdown to give Washington the early 7-0 lead.

It was a terrific opening drive engineered by Heinicke that went nine plays for 75 yards.
