The Miami Dolphins have been one of the hottest teams in football in recent weeks, as they’ve rattled off four wins in a row. Now, they’re set to host the New York Giants at Hard Rock Stadium with a chance to make it five straight.
According to Tipico Sportsbook, Brian Flores’ team is currently listed as 2.5-point favorites for their Week 13 game. Tipico also has the Dolphins as favorites on the moneyline with their victory set at -155. The over/under in the contest is 41.5 points.
Miami’s defense has been their strongest unit through this winning streak. At the end of October, they were the 29th-ranked scoring defense, and now, they sit at 19th. Defensive coordinator Josh Boyer has been getting a lot more from his young players, and the veterans are healthy enough to play at their highest level. Offensively, the Dolphins still aren’t great, but they’ve shown signs of growth.
The Giants’ offense has actually been worse than the Dolphins’, as they’ve scored less than a point fewer on average. Their big signing of Kenny Golladay hasn’t exactly worked out the way they hoped with only 23 receptions for 372 yards in eight games. Still, they have talent that could boom any week.
