The Alabama Crimson Tide has its hands full against a scrappy 7-3 Arkansas Razorbacks team. The Hogs just don’t want to stay down.
After a solid drive led by Crimson Tide starting quarterback Bryce Young stalled at the Arkansas 13 yard line, kicker Will Reichard would come in to push through a 30-yard field goal to take a 13-point lead (34-21).
It all started with a 25-yard pass from Bryce Young to Jameson Williams, getting the Tide near midfield.
A couple of plays later, running back Brian Robinson got through the line to break for a 15-yard run. On the ensuing play, Young found Ja’Corey Brooks for 12 yards and a first down to the Arkansas 15 yard line.
But after a sack on Young, the Tide couldn’t get past the sticks. Enter Reichard to hit on an easy 30-yard field goal.
The Crimson Tide now leads 34-21 entering the third quarter.
