The Philadelphia 76ers are slowly getting healthier by the day as they begin to welcome back players from the health and safety protocols. They have been battling hard without a lot of key players, but have been understandably coming up short.
While the Sixers will still be without Joel Embiid on Saturday when they take on the Portland Trail Blazers, they will welcome back their defensive stud out on the perimeter.
Matisse Thybulle has missed seven games in a row after entering the protocols back on Nov. 5 and he will return on Saturday while playing low minutes in order to help him get his wind back. Thybulle is one of Philadelphia’s best defensive players so he will be needed against Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum.
#Sixers swingman @MatisseThybulle will play tonight. He’s not scheduled to play a lot of minutes.

The Sixers are 1-2 on this current 6-game road trip and with the help of Thybulle, they have a chance to end this trip on a high note. Tipoff from the Moda Center is set for 10 p.m. EST.
