The New York Giants have opened as whopping 11.5-point underdogs for next Monday night’s game against the defending Super Bowl champion Buccaneers down in Tampa, per Tipico.

The over/under opened at 49.5 points.

The Giants (3-6) are coming off their bye week. They had won two of three heading into the bye and allowed just 13.0 points per game over the stretch, the lowest in the NFL over that span.

Tampa Bay (6-3) suffered a perplexing upset on the road in Washington on Sunday, losing 29-19 to the Football Team in a game they never led. They have lost their last two games, allowing 65 points in the process.

The Giants are 5-4 against the spread. Tampa is 3-6. The two clubs met last year in Week 8. The Bucs won, 25-23, at Raymond James Stadium.
