Alabama struggled in the first half against LSU. In a game that many expected to be a runaway for the Crimson Tide, both teams went to the locker room with only a seven point differential in Alabama’s favor.
Coming out of the half, LSU had the ball but quickly fumbled, thanks to a strong strip from first-year transfer Henry To’o To’o.
The Crimson Tide wasted no time in trying to reach the end zone, as Bryce Young unloaded a monster 58-yard pass to Jameson Williams to extend the lead to 14.
Will Reichard, however, missed the extra point attempt.
It was fun while it lasted, LSU.
