ESPN confirmed a report via the Buffalo News on Monday that there’s going to be a special guest on this week’s Monday Night Football show: Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen.
Allen is set to join the “Manning Cast” broadcast of Monday’s Week 8 game between the Kansas City Chiefs and New York Giants.
The former world-wide leader broadcasts the game each week in the traditional sense on their main station.
For certain games this year, the “Manning Cast” has streamed the broadcast on ESPN 2, It features Peyton and Eli Manning giving their takes on the game as it’s played.
During it, the Mannings have been joined by guests and Allen is going to be one of the latest during the third quarter.
Ironically, Allen was recently asked about potentially joining the Mannings on the “Manning Cast” but he thought he wasn’t qualified.
Here’s Allen’s thoughts via Spectrum News:
Josh Allen was asked last week if he'd go on the Manningcast.
"Let's just say I wouldn't give them any soundbites or clips."

Also ironically, one of the only games that ESPN did not have the “Manning Cast” for in 2021?
Buffalo’s Week 6 loss on Monday Night Football to the Tennessee Titans.
The Bills (5-2) do play on Monday Night Football again later this season, though. That comes in Week 13 vs. the New England Patriots.
The broadcast of the MNF game with the Manning brothers has received rave reviews all season long.
