Make that five games that Texas running back Bijan Robinson has surpassed 100 yards rushing.
The former No. 1 running back in the 2020 recruiting class continues to produce on the biggest stages. Texas fans have witnessed his elite play on a weekly basis, but Robinson took the college football world by storm in Week 6.
In the first half of the Red River Showdown, he rushed for 102 yards on 11 carries and one touchdown. It caught the attention of numerous former players and All-American running back Reggie Bush.
I see you Bijan! That run made me stand up out of my seat and that #5 look good on you! 🔥

The only game that Robinson did not surpass 100-yards rushing was against Arkansas, when the offense struggled as a whole to get going from the get-go.
Against TCU last week, he put the team on his back and accumulated 216 yards rushing when the passing game struggled. The Longhorns haven’t had to rely on him as heavily against Oklahoma due to their improved defensive play and ability to force turnovers, but Robinson’s unique talent is on display each time he touches the ball.
There is no doubt that Robinson is now a legitimate Heisman contender after this performance. Texas currently leads Oklahoma 41-23 with one minute remaining in the third quarter.
