Texans vs. Panthers Week 3 injury report: CB Terrance Mitchell out

The Houston Texans released their final injury report for Week 3 against the Carolina Panthers and CB Terrance Mitchell was declared out.

The Houston Texans released their final injury report Wednesday ahead of their Week 3 showdown with the Carolina Panthers on Thursday Night Football at NRG Stadium.

The Texans declared cornerback Terrance Mitchell (concussion), receiver Danny Amendola (thigh), and quarterback Deshaun Watson (not injury related) out. None of the trio were listed as participants in practice all week, had there been any full practices for Week 3.

Linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill (knee) and safety Justin Reid (knee) were listed as questionable. For Wednesday’s estimation of practice, both were listed as non-participants. On Monday, they were listed as limited, but downgraded to non-participants on Tuesday.

For the Panthers, defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos (ankle) was declared out. Tackle Cam Ervin (knee), defensive end Morgan Fox (ankle), cornerback Jaycee Horn (back), and fullback Giovanni Ricci (knee) were not given any designation, and were listed as full participants.
